The Viet Nam Manufacturing Purchasing Managers'' Index (PMI) dipped fractionally below the 50.0 no-change mark to 49.9 last month, signalling broadly unchanged business conditions during the month.
Viet Nam continued to lead the ASEAN Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) rankings in August, despite a slower improvement in its goods-producing sector, Nikkei’s IHS Markit reported on Tuesday.
The Viet Nam Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index ped to 51.6 in March from February’s 10-month high of 53.5, Nikkei’s IHS Markit reported on Monday.
The seasonally adjusted HSBC Viet Nam PMI
(Purchasing Manufacturing Index) posted 51.0 in April, up slightly from
50.8 in March, signalling back-to-back improvements in operating
conditions for the first time in nearly two years.
